- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master’s degree is a plus;
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leadership roles within marketing, preferably in the IT industry;
- Excellent leadership skills and proven experience in coordinating and developing a marketing team;
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing;

Duties
- Coordinating and developing the marketing team, including managing performance and professional growth;
- Managing the marketing budget and optimizing resource allocation;
- Creating and monitoring online and offline marketing campaigns, including advertising, PR, events, and digital marketing activities;
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities;
