“StopHAM” has started. And we have the first results!

Despite the fact that many people appreciated the idea, very few of them believed that it would succeed. The Public Non-Governmental Organization “Forum” has taken the initiative. Volunteers armed with stickers and papers authorizing their actions, went down the roads of Chisinau. The basic idea of the movement was to draw attention to the problem of parking in vorbidden places.

Contrary to all predictions, no volunteer was injured and no cameras were broken.
