ESKIMO. On the day of January 24, 1922, one clever man, named Christian Nelson, received a patent for the Eskimo pie – ice cream glazed with chocolate on a stick. Since then, everything just rolled ahead. Eskimo this, Eskimo that, round, square, chocolate completely, chocolate not completely, with pieces of fruit, covered with white chocolate. Sooo many recipes this ice cream has.
But the title of “classic” is produced for a reason, and that’s because the classic Eskimo is the most favorite kind. So, why are we talking about all this. It’s because we, as the most noble sweet tooth, could not miss this celebration, even despite the fact that it was yesterday. Well, to cut the long story short, it the Eskimo Day!! Ice-cream for everyone!
