- Planning sports events;
- Allocating resources (people, materials, equipment) for event organization;
- Organizing transportation of equipment, items, participants, and teams to events;
- Budgeting and financial oversight of events;
- Evaluating effectiveness and analyzing metrics: Assessing event outcomes and tracking performance indicators.
