- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (Pandas/Numpy/Matplotlib/Scipy);
- Familiarity with key product and marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI, CPC, CPM);
- Understanding of data warehouse principles;
- Experience with analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM);
- Knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics;
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or similar;

Duties
- Establish data collection and analysis processes for various company projects;
- Independently determine and implement strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders to build analytics solutions;
- Configure and optimize data transfer processes to Google BigQuery;
- Design and set up events via Google Tag Manager;
- Conduct product research to improve key metrics;
- Oversee the launch of new features, analyzing their effectiveness and usage;
- Compile and analyze product and marketing metrics, run A/B tests (from hypothesis to final conclusions), and provide recommendations;
- Create dashboards in Google Data Studio and PowerBI;
- Maintain and update analytics documentation.
