- Work experience – minimum 2 year in recruitment (including IT sector);
- Language skills – Romanian and Russian at a native level; English is an advantage;
- Experience in competency-based interviews, recruitment process management, sourcing, headhunting, and recruitment metrics analysis;
- Team lead experience is considered an advantage.

- Coordinating the recruitment team: onboarding, training, assigning roles, and monitoring deadline compliance;
- Establishing workflow standards and evaluating the performance of the recruitment process;
- Developing and implementing the recruitment strategy;
- Direct involvement in closing strategic or hard-to-fill positions;
- Analyzing recruitment metrics: time-to-hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, retention rate after the probation period;
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, actively engaging with top talent;
- Implementing automation solutions and tools aimed at streamlining the recruitment process.
