- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (Head / Lead / Senior);
- Hands-on experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for digital products, marketplaces, classifieds platforms, or B2C online services;
- Experience managing a cross-functional team: performance, content, and product marketing;
- Involvement in scaling a product or launching new verticals/markets;
- Advanced knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics: CAC, LTV, Retention, CR, ROMI, churn rate, CPA;
- Proficiency with the following tools:
