How is symbiosis created within a team? Through quality teambuildings! At Simpals, we know this well, which is why teambuildings are one of the benefits our company offers to employees. Thus, every six months, all departments within Simpals relax and have fun with their teams.

Teambuilding means “to build a team,” and it’s true — such events where we relax and spend time together strengthen relationships and create a more harmonious and productive work environment.

Each department is free to choose how they want to spend their teambuilding. Any proposals or ideas are accepted and then voted on within the teams. Some departments have already celebrated their well-deserved teambuilding, while others are planning it right now. And every time, we choose the most audacious teambuildings!

The marketing team went to bowling and enjoyed delicious dishes at a Caucasian restaurant. The guys from Sporter, in their department’s style, had fun combining different types of sports, from badminton to volleyball with a pool. Sports are a part of their lives even during celebrations.

Our largest department, IT, with over 60 people, went to Vadul lui Vodă. There, the “teammates” had a great time and enjoyed traditional Gagauz dishes. And the 999 team is about to discover pure magic on a tour of Mystic Chișinău with wine tasting — sounds exciting, doesn’t it?

In all these activities, honesty and symbiosis remain essential. Each department chooses an environment where all colleagues feel comfortable and can recharge with positive energy from each other. Our teambuildings are about personal growth and development, as we achieve results not only through work but also through perfect rest.
