Techstars Startup Weekend took place in Chisinau on April 19-21. Simpals CEO Roman Știrbu was invited to the event as a mentor. Participants had the opportunity to get answers to important questions for their future business.
Techstars Startup Weekend was held for the 12th time. The event took place in the format of an international hackathon. Fifty young people were selected to participate and had a unique opportunity to develop their business ideas with real business gurus. The budding entrepreneurs had 54 hours of active work with mentors who have a wealth of experience in developing startups.
Roman Știrbu is the head of one of the largest and oldest IT companies in Moldova, a Master in Information and Communication Technologies, and a member of ATIC and Moldova Innovation Technology Park. He is a person with a deep understanding of the world of numbers and startups. He knows and likes to share knowledge and experience. Startup Weekend participants understood perfectly: the opportunity to discuss their business project with such an expert can be a determining factor on the road to future success.
