— How long have you been working at Simpals?
— I joined the company in 2005. It’s been almost 20 years now that I’ve been working in the software development department.

— How has your department evolved over the years?
— Officially, we became a department only a few years ago. When I first joined, there were only 2 or 3 developers. Now, our backend development team alone has 15 people.

— What challenges do you face in your current role?
— Earlier, I was responsible only for my own tasks, but now I oversee the work of the entire backend development team. In general, our projects are unique in the Moldovan market, so all our development work is an interesting and complex challenge.

— What was Simpals like when you first joined the company?
— I’d say it was very “noisy”. A young, exciting company.

— What is Simpals like now?
— It’s still exciting and ambitious, but it has become more mature. Like a bottle of wine, over 20 years it has retained all its bold qualities but significantly increased its prestige in the market.

— How do you see Simpals in 5 years?
— It will keep growing! It will become even more mature but will remain as bold as it has always been! And if there are those who want to be part of this growth and open up new worlds with us, we’re currently looking for a backend developer!
