“The most important thing in my job is permanent change. To keep at the top, you can’t stop. It is necessary to reconsider and optimize processes, to follow global trends. The influence of AI is growing now, which means we need to be able to use its potential to the maximum, learn new tools, teach others how to use them, and integrate them into our processes.”

David Melinte is backed by a varied work experience. He is a lawyer by education, but has also worked in sales and was a Project Manager in an IT company. “I was interested in working at Simpals because of the prospects and the opportunity to develop.”

David is convinced that Simpals’ greatest strength is the people. “The team is inspiring; I am certain that the most ambitious ideas can be realized with them. I came to work in a project that already has a reputation and market position. But I would like to launch my own project, which I will do from scratch. I have some ideas, and now I am currently analyzing the ways in which they can be realized.”
