At Simpals, we love to keep growing. Monthly, in our office, we organize PDP club meetings, where colleagues share valuable knowledge in the form of open training sessions for anyone interested in learning something new.

In September, during Sexual Health Week, Vanessa Coda, HRD at Simpals, spoke to us about the relationship between sexuality and mental health, highlighting that sexuality has many aspects. Our discussions also covered the topic of harassment, both in and out of the workplace, and the necessary steps to take in such situations.

Participants were active, asking questions and exchanging opinions. At the end, all colleagues received themed gifts and enjoyed cakes aligned with the theme of the session.
