Dji, the unlucky death from the iconic Simpals.studio cartoon has settled on the shoulder of stunt pilot Nicolai Carp. The animated Dji series was born 12 years ago and conquered the world. The cartoons gained tens of millions of views, dozens of awards of international contests and viewers’ admiration.
Nicolai was so inspired by the adventures of Dji that he made him his permanent comrade: “ They were surprised at the tattoo parlor that I wanted to have a death tattoo. But when they saw that it was Dji and remembered all his fails, they said no more”.
Many people know Nicolai as KAMIKKADZE. He gained this nickname after he performed an incredible stunt – around the time when Dji first looked at us from the screens and… missed his victim.
Nicolai is a Dji fan, he is proud that the cartoons about him were made in Moldova: “I like the story so much that I got to know the authors, we have a great relationship.”
KAMIKKADZE says that Dji will soon have company on his arm: “I want to gradually fill all the characters of the cartoon. I will start, of course, with the driver”. Which Dji would you choose?
