On Tuesday, Orange {kITchen} hosted the summer meeting of the Product Managers community. A super-hot topic was prepared for the participants – the use of analytics and artificial intelligence in the development of digital products. Analytics is the basis for decision making and AI is a catalyst for innovation. Those who use them in synergy get a solid bonus in product work.
One of the speakers was Product Analytics Team Lead Aksinia Chumachenko. It was not her first time on this platform and many participants come specifically for her insights and experience. This time Aksinia talked about strategies and practices of using analytics to improve user experience and product performance.
She discussed the real impact of data on decision making in product development: “Analytics plays a key role in product development. It solves two important problems: saving money and finding growth points to increase revenue. This is exactly what my team and I do. We have cases with a 13% increase in revenue from some push services. We recently increased conversions by 100% with A/B testing.”
