SIMPALS had developed an internet television for the Russian company “Stream -Content”, which will be launched in the next few days at play.stream.ru.

According to forecasts, the portal will be daily visited by 400-500 thousand users, with a further growth which is directly dependent of the spread of broadband access to the Internet in Russia.

Everyone will be able to create their own channel of streaming video on our portal, as well as post videos and songs, including their own production.
