Support Customer&Sales Manager

All you need is:
— fluent English
— 2 years+ as Customer Support or Sales Manager in B2B&B2C
— analytical & Research skills
— customer-oriented and responsible attitude
— experience with native speakers
— excellent written and verbal communication skills

Will be a great plus:
— experience with CRM systems
— customer service skills and experience

What You’ll Be Doing:
— be up to date with freediving international news
— work with diving federations – AIDA International and CMAS
— search sports exhibitions, groups, shops, pools and freediving trainers in social networks
— search online freediving shops in EU, US, Asia
— apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
— provide omni-channel support (via phone, email, chat, social media)
— send initial offers and promotions
— communicate with delivery companies and send orders
