Eight candidates will compete for the presidency in this election: Renato Usatii, Andrei Nastase, Tudor Deliu, Igor Dodon, Violeta Ivanov, Maia Sandu, Octavian Ticu, and Dorin Chirtoaca. Each user registered on Votum.md can vote only for one of them.

To make your choice, go to your account at Votum.md or register on the site. Go to the survey page and click on the candidate’s photo. Click on the “Vote” button at the bottom of the screen, fill out the short form, and complete the vote.

On Votum.md you will be able to learn detailed information on each of the candidates: biography, electoral program, and voting results.

As soon as voting is completed, the user will receive a notification both in the top bar and by email, containing a confirmation code showing you in the list of voters under the voting results.

Let us remind you that participation in online voting is not an alternative to the real presidential elections, which are due on 1 November. The results of the survey do not affect the election results, but only illustrate the political preferences of participating respondents.

Votum.md has a large experience in carrying out independent sociological research. Thus, polls have been held as part of the 2016 presidential elections, 2019 parliamentary elections, 2018 and 2019 local elections in Chisinau, as well as 2019 local elections in Balti. The poll results on Votum.md related to the municipal elections in Chisinau, both in 2018 and 2019, turned out to be as close as possible to the real voting results.
