Woloshin Banya is a new-generation bathhouse complex.

Our Technical Director is currently looking for an assistant who can take over part of the responsibilities and help launch new facilities faster and more efficiently.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in managing construction projects from concept to launch;

  • Monitor deadlines, contractors, and reports;

  • Gather data, prepare budgets and cost estimates;

  • Organize procurement and delivery of materials;

  • Communicate with architects, engineers, and suppliers;

  • Maintain order and discipline on the construction site.


We want you on our team if you:

Definitely:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in construction, design, or project management;

  • Are confident working in Excel and Google Docs;

  • Are responsible, detail-oriented, and organized;

  • Communicate clearly and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, or Project;

  • Understanding of construction processes and technical documentation.

Feedback
First step. Here we get to know your CV. We pay close attention to your strengths so that later we can turn them into your superpowers together. Test task
The second stage is a test task. For a successful interview, we offer to complete a test task. Usually at home in a calm environment. You will have 24-48 hours to complete the task. We work fast, that's true. Don't hesitate to ask questions while completing the task. Be attentive to details and remember the deadline.
Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
