999.md is the largest online classifieds platform in the Republic of Moldova, where millions of users buy, sell and discover products, services and opportunities every month.

We are now looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of the Real Estate vertical at 999.md, identify new product opportunities, improve the user experience and develop products and services around the real estate market.

This role goes beyond backlog management. We are looking for a PM who can independently identify problems and opportunities, formulate and validate hypotheses, and drive initiatives through to measurable results.

What you’ll do

• Research the market, competitors and the needs of buyers, tenants, property owners, real estate agents, agencies, developers and other market participants.

• Identify new product opportunities and formulate growth hypotheses.

• Conduct user interviews and research, analyze CJMs, create prototypes and MVPs, and run product experiments.

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the vertical.

• Work with product and business metrics such as funnel, conversion, retention, ARPU, ARPPU and others.

• Identify opportunities to improve the product, UX and monetization.

• Prioritize initiatives and coordinate their implementation together with development, design, analytics, marketing and commercial teams.

• Analyze post-launch results and make data-driven decisions.

• Explore and test new services, products and monetization models beyond the existing classifieds functionality.

What we expect from you

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of developing digital products.

• Strong experience in Product Discovery, research and product hypothesis validation.

• Hands-on experience launching new products, features or services.

• Experience working with product and business metrics, business cases and evaluating the effectiveness of initiatives.

• Experience with user interviews, competitive analysis, CJMs and product experiments.

• Knowledge and practical use of approaches such as Customer Development, JTBD, prototyping and MVPs is a plus.

• Ability to independently define product strategy and coordinate its implementation.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative and ownership of results.

• Romanian — mandatory, Russian — a plus.

• GA4, Power BI or similar tools, Figma, Jira. SQL — a plus.

• Experience in real estate, marketplace/classified platforms or other digital products is a plus.
