Simpals is the largest classifieds platform, a detailed map of Moldova, cool cartoons, breaking news, effective advertising, internationally recognized devices for swimming and freediving, an online ticketing service, city greening and improvement projects, as well as the biggest sporting events in the country.

We are looking for a results-driven professional, passionate about sales and client relations, who is eager to build strong partnerships and deliver successful projects with corporate clients.

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales;

• Languages: Romanian and Russian;

• Technical skills: Bitrix, CRM, 1C;

• Strong sales abilities and systemic thinking;

• Experience working with projects and partnerships is an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

• Plans and coordinates activities for attracting corporate participants;

• Organizes commercial and promotional campaigns based on market and audience analysis;

• Defines pricing policy, discounts, and commercial conditions together with management;

• Develops budgets and proposes effective sales methods;

• Builds and maintains relationships with existing and new partners;

• Coordinates internal teams for project implementation;

• Manages daily operations and provides support to clients;

• Represents the company in external relations (clients, sponsors, suppliers);

• Monitors project performance and prepares regular reports.
