Real Estate Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of real estate projects intended for resale. You will work closely with the management team and external partners, managing the entire process — from identifying land plots and assessing their potential to construction delivery and defining the sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify land plots and properties with potential for development or redevelopment;

  • Conduct market analyses and prepare investment plans (costs, ROI, timelines);

  • Coordinate the processes of acquisition, design, and permitting;

  • Select and collaborate with architects, designers, construction teams, and subcontractors;

  • Monitor project execution in terms of budget, deadlines, and quality standards;

  • Manage relationships with local authorities, real estate agents, financial institutions, and business partners;

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for each project;

  • Report directly to company management on project progress and financial results.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in the legal field or urban planning;

  • Native Romanian speaker; Russian is mandatory; English is an advantage;

  • General knowledge of the construction process (concept, design, permitting, execution, acceptance);

  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans and project documentation;

  • Knowledge of construction norms and local regulations (urban planning, permits, certifications).

Nice to have:

  • Degree in architecture, urban planning, construction, or law;

  • Experience in real estate or construction;

  • Experience working with public authorities in urban planning;

  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills in coordinating technical teams;

  • Category B driver’s license.

Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
