Product Marketing Manager

999 is the largest classifieds platform in Moldova, with millions of users and hundreds of active features. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of promoting the platform and its functionalities, from strategy to measurable results.

This is a strategic, hands-on role with a direct impact on product growth, user retention, and platform revenue.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in product companies, marketplaces, or e-commerce;

  • Experience launching digital products or new features;

  • Experience managing marketing budgets;

  • Experience in data-driven decision-making (A/B testing, funnel optimization, retention).

Hard Skills:

  • Web analytics: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, funnels, retention;

  • Performance marketing: Meta Ads, Google Ads – advanced level;

  • SEO & Content: understanding of core principles;

  • Data analysis: Looker Studio, Excel / Google Sheets;

  • Methodologies: Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), unit economics, testing frameworks (HADI).

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the media plan across all promotion channels of the 999 project;

  • Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for new features and platform updates;

  • Segment 999 users and create personalized offers and messaging for different user groups;

  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Tech, and Support teams to identify and implement marketing initiatives;

  • Monitor campaigns and key performance indicators on a daily basis;

  • Plan, run, and analyze A/B tests (landing pages, banners, in-product communication);

  • Coordinate promotional activities together with SMM and Content Managers;

  • Analyze the market, user behavior, and competitors;

  • Set tasks and coordinate contractors and internal teams (designers, copywriters, agencies);

  • Analyze KPIs, prepare reports, and formulate recommendations for optimization and growth.

Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
