Responsibilities

• Lead the entire product development process — from discovering user needs to launching and monitoring results.

• Analyze the market and user behavior, formulate hypotheses, and validate ideas through research and testing.

• Collaborate with design, development, and analytics teams to plan and prioritize tasks, set clear objectives, and measure the impact of each release.

• Contribute actively to defining the product strategy, creating the roadmap, and improving internal processes.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with proven results demonstrated through metrics, case studies, or references.

• Experience with marketplace, classifieds, or e-commerce projects is an advantage.

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian.

• Solid understanding of product discovery processes; able to structure and prioritize backlogs, interpret data, and validate hypotheses through experiments.

• Comfortable working with tools such as GA4, Figma, Miro, GitLab, Excel, or equivalents.

• Organized, clear communicator, responsible decision-maker, capable of balancing user needs with business goals.
