Product Manager | 999

The 999 team develops innovative digital products and is looking for a Product Manager who can turn strategic objectives into concrete deliveries. You will manage the product backlog, organize two-week sprints, and ensure transparency of progress for stakeholders, directly contributing to the achievement of the team’s goals and the project’s OKRs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the team’s backlog: structuring, prioritizing, maintaining clarity, and preparing tasks for development;

  • Decomposing initiatives and epics into clearly defined sprint tasks;

  • Defining Acceptance Criteria (AC) and establishing Definition of Ready / Definition of Done (DoR/DoD);

  • Planning and tracking deliveries, managing risks and dependencies;

  • Participating in planning, review, and retrospective meetings, facilitating effective team communication;

  • Ensuring transparency and communication with stakeholders regarding progress, priorities, blockers, and mitigation plans;

  • Providing leadership and aligning the team with product goals, focusing on “why we are doing this” and “what outcome is required.”

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience: minimum 3 years in Product Management (technical background is an advantage);

  • Romanian language – mandatory; Russian – optional.

Technical skills:

  • Backlog management and prioritization;

  • Task decomposition and backlog item definition;

  • Defining AC and DoR/DoD;

  • Delivery planning and tracking;

  • Experience with Jira/GitLab, Miro, Postman, Confluence, Figma.

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience as a QA or in technical roles;

  • Experience working with complex digital products.

Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
