999.md is the largest online classifieds marketplace in Moldova, where millions of users buy, sell, and discover services and opportunities across various categories.

One of the platform’s key directions is the Jobs vertical — a growing segment that connects employers and job seekers. We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development and growth of the Jobs product on the 999.md platform.

In this role, you will shape the product strategy, improve user experience, increase the number of job listings and applications, and develop monetization opportunities for the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product strategy for the Jobs vertical;

  • Analyze the labor market, competitors, and user behavior;

  • Build and prioritize the product backlog;

  • Define tasks for the development team and oversee implementation;

  • Work with product metrics such as conversion, applications, employer, and candidate activity;

  • Conduct product experiments and A/B tests;

  • Improve the user experience for both employers and job seekers;

  • Develop monetization tools and paid services;

  • Collaborate with marketing, analytics, sales, and support teams.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in online job platforms;

  • Experience developing marketplaces, classified platforms, or HR platforms is a strong plus;

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with product metrics;

  • Experience launching new features and improving existing products;

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and user journeys;

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and analytics.

Feedback

Test task
The second stage is a test task. For a successful interview, we offer to complete a test task. Usually at home in a calm environment. You will have 24-48 hours to complete the task. We work fast, that's true. Don't hesitate to ask questions while completing the task. Be attentive to details and remember the deadline.
Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
