Product Designer

We are looking for a Product Designer who will design and improve the user experience across the 999.md platform, contributing to product growth and business goals. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centered design solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve digital products across web, mobile, and applications in collaboration with Product Managers and Product Analysts.

  • Design and adapt user interfaces and product functionality for different platforms and devices.

  • Analyze competitor products, market trends, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunities.

  • Participate in defining and validating product hypotheses.

  • Create design concepts and interactive prototypes to test product ideas and user experience.

  • Design user flows and interaction scenarios.

  • Conduct UX research and analyze research findings.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Front-end, Mobile, and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

  • Monitor the quality of design implementation and ensure compliance with approved design concepts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.

  • Proficiency in Romanian and Russian, both written and spoken.

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma.

  • Experience designing interfaces for mobile devices.

  • Experience creating interactive prototypes.

  • Experience conducting UX research.

  • Experience creating wireframes.

  • Ability to design user flows and interaction scenarios.

  • Experience with JTBD (Jobs to Be Done), Customer Journey Mapping (CJM), and Customer Development (CustDev) methodologies is considered a strong advantage.

Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
