Our Support team helps thousands of people quickly resolve their questions and contributes to keeping order in the universes of 999.md, Point.md, and Stiri.md.
What you will do
Communicate with users via phone and chat, providing high-quality support;
Moderate listings (999.md) and comments (Point.md, Stiri.md);
Handle complaints and internal leads;
Complete daily tasks and participate in improving work processes.
At least 1 year of experience in customer support, call center, or online store;
Excellent command of Romanian and Russian;
Confident PC skills and familiarity with IP telephony;
Attention to detail, stress resistance, and fast learning ability;
Clear communication, responsibility, and a genuine desire to help people.

Schedule 1: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00
Schedule 2: Wed–Thu, 15:00–22:00 and Fri–Sun, 07:00–15:00;
