999.md is the largest online classifieds platform in Moldova, with millions of users and thousands of ads published every day. We continuously develop digital products that simplify the interaction between buyers and sellers, and we are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager who will directly contribute to growing traffic and the user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and allocate marketing budgets across channels;

  • Monitor and analyze campaign and channel performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI) using tools such as Google Analytics and GTM;

  • Identify growth opportunities and optimize the marketing funnel and customer acquisition cost (CAC);

  • Develop and test growth hypotheses, including running A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and landing pages;

  • Analyze and improve the user journey to increase conversion in collaboration with the product team;

  • Launch retention and user reactivation campaigns and work with audience segmentation;

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, content, design) to implement campaigns and support new feature launches.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing;

  • Experience managing advertising budgets of $5k+ per month;

  • Experience launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns;

  • Experience working with digital products (preferably marketplace / classifieds / e-commerce);

  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads;

  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking, UTM parameters, and event tracking;

  • Experience with A/B testing (creatives, audiences, landing pages;

  • Understanding of unit economics: CAC, LTV, ROI;

  • Romanian – fluent; Russian – considered an advantage.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with marketplaces or classifieds platforms;

  • Experience in mobile app marketing (app installs, retention);

  • Knowledge or experience in SEO;

  • Experience with email marketing, push notifications, or re-engagement campaigns;

  • Experience using AI tools for marketing optimization.

Test task

We work fast, that's true. Don't hesitate to ask questions while completing the task. Be attentive to details and remember the deadline.
Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
