We are looking for a Head of Marketing who will lead the company's marketing function, drive audience growth, strengthen the 999.md brand, and maximize the effectiveness of marketing investments. This role is part of the leadership team and works closely with Product, Sales, and other business units to achieve the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for 999.md;

• Define annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives;

• Identify growth opportunities across key business verticals;

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services;

• Manage and develop the marketing team;

• Oversee Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Content Marketing, and Brand initiatives;

• Drive user acquisition, retention, and reactivation;

• Strengthen and grow the 999.md brand;

• Analyze marketing performance and optimize investments based on data;

• Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively;

• Collaborate with leadership on company growth strategy and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing;

• 3+ years of experience leading marketing teams;

• Proven experience in digital products, marketplaces, classifieds, e-commerce, or technology companies;

• Strong knowledge of Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM, Content Marketing, and Brand Marketing;

• Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating ROI;

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;

• Data-driven decision-making approach;

• Experience working with cross-functional teams;

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian.
