Simpals is the largest IT and media company in Moldova. We manage projects such as 999.md – the biggest classifieds board, Point.md – the complete map and guide of the country, Stiri.md – a portal for up-to-date news, as well as innovative services in various fields: advertising, events, sports technology, animation, and urban ecology.

For the Afisha platform, we are looking for an organized and communicative person who will work with event organizers and be involved in managing events on the platform. Previous experience in event management is not required — we provide support and training. What matters most is the willingness to learn and to get actively involved.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in event management is not required;

  • Experience in sales, customer support, event organization, or client-facing roles is a plus;

  • Ability to work with Google Docs / Sheets and email;

  • CRM experience (Bitrix24 — basic level or willingness to learn);

  • Knowledge of Romanian and Russian;

  • Strong communication skills, good organization, and a client-oriented mindset.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in events, B2B, sales, or marketing;

  • Basic knowledge of Canva / Figma;

  • Occasional involvement in live events.

Key responsibilities:

  • Communicating with event organizers and clients (phone, email, messages);

  • Managing the client database and collaboration relationships;

  • Presenting terms and coordinating the contracting process;

  • Adding and managing events on the Afisha platform;

  • Verifying event information (description, location, date, price);

  • Coordinating visual materials and activating ticket sales;

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners;

  • Providing operational support before, during, and after events;

  • Collecting post-event documents and coordinating payments to organizers;

  • Internal reporting on event performance and results.

Feedback
First step. Here we get to know your CV. We pay close attention to your strengths so that later we can turn them into your superpowers together. If your CV matches the parameters of the vacancy, a recruiter will contact you by phone. Even if your skills differ from the requirements, we will offer you one of the other open vacancies right now or contact you when the perfect vacancy appears.
Test task
The second stage is a test task. For a successful interview, we offer to complete a test task. Usually at home in a calm environment. You will have 24-48 hours to complete the task. We work fast, that's true. Don't hesitate to ask questions while completing the task. Be attentive to details and remember the deadline.
Interview
The third stage is an interview. We will be happy to meet you in person. Prepare all the questions you want to get answers to. We will discuss all the important points for both sides. At this stage, it's important to understand whether we will work together. Or, as we say here, whether there is "chemistry".
Decision
The fourth stage is a second interview. Yes, we have several interview stages. If the test task is completed excellently, we invite you to get to know your potential supervisor further.
