  • Experience in promoting the HR-brand of the company (promotion on social media).
  • Working abilities with Canva.
  • Knowing how to shape internal communication to increase employee engagement.
  • Experience in tracking expenses.
  • Advanced PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, Internet).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Russian and Romanian.
Duties
  • Developing and supporting the company’s HR-brand.
  • Promoting the employer’s values and brand both internally and externally.
  • Creating a healthy and friendly work environment.
  • Encouraging employee engagement, team spirit and loyalty.
  • Organizing corporate events.
  • Arranging events to promote the company’s HR brand.
  • Arranging monthly events focused on employee well-being.
  • Cooperating with suppliers.
  • Tailoring internal communication to the company’s needs.
  • Keeping track of expenses.
