We are currently actively developing the SONR project and are looking for a B2B Sales / Lead Generation Manager to help grow our product by finding and engaging new partners.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between the product and the market – identifying potential partners, communicating with them, understanding their needs, and translating insights into product improvements. You will be directly involved in validating hypotheses, testing different approaches to outreach, and shaping how the product evolves based on real user feedback.
No strong experience required – we will teach you everything.
Responsibilities:
Research and build lists of potential partners;
Find and verify decision-makers;
Run cold outreach and follow-ups;
Communicate with leads and schedule meetings;
Qualify and prioritize leads;
Maintain CRM and pipeline;
Collect feedback and share product insights;
Support testing and product improvements.
Requirements:
English level: B2+;
Experience: 1 year in a team;
Lead generation & research;
CRM / Google Sheets / Excel;
LinkedIn & email outreach;
Basic sales funnel understanding;
B2B communication.
Nice to have:
Experience with cold outreach or sales;
Knowledge of marketplaces or digital products;
Previous experience in B2B communication.
