AI agents are transforming the way business processes are automated, and the real challenge today is knowing when and how to use them effectively.

This was the focus of the workshop led by Vasilii Bologov, Backend Developer at Simpals, during the Summer Course BEST Chisinau, where he also served as a judge for the program's competition.

Participants explored the differences between AI agents and chatbots, learned what MCP is, how AI agents communicate with one another, and in which scenarios these technologies bring real value to business process automation.
