Our friends from Urban Center – the Youth Educational and Leisure Center – help us in organizing events. Yesterday, a standard meeting was held in non-standard circumstances: young center attendees joined us. It turned out to be a cool exchange of experiences 🙂

In order to help the teenagers to determine their future profession, Anastasia Ilyicheva, our HR manager, shared some key aspects about choosing the right profession, which jobs will be popular in the next 5-10 years and what awaits the youth right after their graduation and first interviews. So, the main message of the meeting was: “Work should be fun!”🙂

And for dessert, the teens had a tour through the office and tea with biscuits 🥨☕
